Having acknowledged the different needs and procedures of both our retail clients and our suppliers, it is our priority to facilitate communications, upstreaming to clients and downstreaming to vendors in our network. We first focus on educating our vendors on cross- communication and then require them to train their field technicians to follow the communications flow required by the client, while documenting it all on the CAFS systems.
We control vendor activities both in the field and office.
We continuously scout new vendors, both horizontally (by geographical area) and vertically (by specialty).
Continuously improve cross communication flow.
Perform quarterly business reviews.
Share best practices between vendors.all on the CAFS systems.
